I use Zeasorb for 2 major things: 1) it is the BEST thing I've found to curb moist feet and halt athlete's foot. If I start to get a case, I just sprinkle between toes for a couple of days, and ... gone. No "medication" ... just dries. (particularly important for diabetics). 2) I use it on my left hand when playing guitar & other stringed instruments, as it allows my hand to slide easily on the neck - whereas a slightly moist hand will stick to a slick neck. Don't have to sand my expensive instruments, don't have to worry about ingredients in the product damaging the instruments, and it works great. Only con: it's a powder and it's a little messy. But there are easy workarounds for this and the benefits far outweigh this. Cancer: just don't sift, puff, & squirt ... and send up a smoke cloud. Sprinkle very slowly and the powder stays put. I've tried MANY products for both of these issues and this is BY FAR the best. Hope they never quit making it in my lifetime - I consider it an essential staple.

My dermatologist gave me a sample of the red label Zeasorb over 20 years ago and I have been a regular user ever since. It was an adjunct treatment strategy for a stubborn case of jock itch (combination yeast and fungus) and continues to keep this chronic condition of mine in check. As for the cancer warning label - I say, just don't use it if you live in California! Seriously, this is the best non-medicated anti-fungal powder on the market. Thank goodness Drugstore.com sells it too because most pharmacies nowadays have never heard of it.

I purchased this to use after a surgical procedure when I would not be able to bathe or shower every day. I had received a sample of it from an OB-GYN previously and liked it. At that time, I don't think it carried the cancer warning. When I received it, I was unhappy to read the warning and was also surprised at how BIG the large size turned out to be. I tried using it anyway but found that, no matter how careful I was, I couldn't avoid breathing in the powder, which worried me. I've ended up just putting it away and will probably will throw it away. I have asthma as it is and don't need to insult my lungs any more. The smell of the powder is not horrible but it's not great either. And it's definitely drying to the skin, which is sort of its purpose. I would advise that you stick to baby powder with corn starch.

I prefer Johnson's Cornstarch Baby Powder, it works just as well for me with nice scents. I really dislike the strong smell and grainy texture. I won't buy it again. It was not a good product for the money.

The product is great. I use it to help with chafing.

My dermatologist gave me samples of this powder. I could not believe I had gone all my life without it. In hot weather my groin used to sweat and I would get a rash, no more. This stuff is great and I'm afraid a bit of a secret. Not many know that the discomfort that accompanies this sweating can be so easily irradicated.

I am a 48 year old male who decide to shave my private area (yes, including my testicles) and I love the silky smooth result...it feels GREAT! However, removing that hair results in the skin sticking together on hot and humid days (you get the idea!). Anyway, simply applying a little Zeasorb powder (Red, non-medicated) "down there" makes everything all good again. :-) I highly recommend it.HOWEVER, what I can't understand is the warning label that informs the user that the product contains something that "causes Cancer"...yet the directions say to "Sprinkle liberally". [...]

I am a heavyset older woman whose body has been taken over by gravity and perspiration. Corn starch and baby powder have never helped me. I no longer suffer from itchy, smelly, rashy, weepy skin. Zeasorb rocks! I put it on after my shower, and it keeps me dry all day...it's a miracle. It's not flowery, just has a fresh smell. No problem for men to use it, too.

I am on my feet aproximately 10 to 12 hours a day and this works very well, but I cannot use it every day because it seems to dry out my feet too much.

I agree with a previous reviewer that this product has a smell like sneaker-rubber (weird, but true, but I only notice it when I first apply it) but it does an excellent job of absorbing perspiration. At first it may seem to ball up on the skin, because it is absorbing the moisture already present, but if you apply again, it will go on smoothly. The large container lasts a long time (longer than the horrible hot weather we have, thank goodness.)
