One of the best products I have ever come across, pay the somewhat high price gladly. I have hands that literally crack painfully in the winter and this is a lifesaver. It is best for nighttime use--I've even put it on and put gloves and/or socks on over it at night when I really needed help. I recommend it to my patients for hands and badly chapped lips.

This product does an amazing job of moisterizing my feet. Dry skin and scaling are the problems that I have and this product heals my skin and makes it look and feel great again. I have tried many products, but none are as effective as this one.

I've tried so many products to soften my dried, rough feet, but this is the only one that does the job. I slather all over my feet and put a thin pair of socks on before going to bed and my feet are much improved by morning. If you do this one or two times a week, your feet will be soft. I also use this on my son's cracked lips and they are healed within a day. This is the only product that seems to make any difference. My pediatrician originally gave a sample to me for my then-infant's chapped lips and nose because it's safe if a bit is ingested. So there are many uses! The formula is quite thick and "slick," so you wouldn't want to use it as hand cream, etc. But your feet will be most happy. I prefer this tube to the jar because it seems more sanitary to squirt it out rather than dig into a jar.

Aquaphor is a miracle product. Its the ONLY product that softens and heals the dry scaly patches I get on my cheeks from using Proactiv to treat my t-zone. Its never made me break out. Ive tried La Mer, eczema creams, Eucerin, complex 15, department store creams, you name it... but I always go back to Aquaphor. Its not glamorous and it is greasy feeling upon application but it eventually melts into your skin and just leaves a moist feeling. It works for me and Id recommend it to anyone who's hopelessly experimenting to find a cure for extremely dry skin. Peace.

I have extremely dry cracked hands. This product stays greasy to where I couldn't touch anything else. It didn't help my dry cracked skin. It applies similar to Vaseline with a little healing aid. I was a disappointed. I am online looking for another product that may help.

I was getting some acne deep beneath the skin on my chin. It was sore and starting to throb so I doused it with a prescription treatment in an attempt to stave off an eruption. It worked, but my skin looked sunburned and began to peel. I used this ointment and literally by the end of the day it was cured. I am a huge fan. I now use it on my face when it needs it, my hands, and my lips every night before bed. Everything but water seems to break me out, but not this stuff.

My little brother was in a really bad car accident a few years ago and he had two very deep cuts. There was one on his arm in the elbow crease and the other on his hands in between his fingers. The problem started after the cuts healed. He had these massive scars on his arm and hand and they were dry and they itched and would sometimes crack. We kept putting ointment on them and cocoa butter when they weren't cracked but, nothing seemed to be working. Finally we bought some Aquaphor and the difference was amazing. The skin that was scared became soft and no longer itched. After about a month of using this in the morning and in the evening the skin on his arm and fingers had completely healed and we haven't had any problems since. But, we always manage to have a tube of this on hand and if we don't we know where to get some! I highly recommend this product, it's fabulous!

This is an excellent product for anyone with dry, irritated skin, including eczema. My dermatologist suggested that I slather Aquaphor on my eczema areas after bathing to seal in the moisture. I highly recommend doing this to anyone with this condition because it really does work to soften and strengthen the skin barrier. It's also great for anyone with sensitive skin that reacts to products. It will protect and soothe the inflamed, irritated area while it heals. This stuff lasts.

My 1 year old daughter has had horrible skin since she was about 2 mo old. The dr. kept saying it was just a rash. She was red and rough/scaley on her arms some but mostly on her legs and worse around the ankles. I used absolutely everything, vaseline, tons of different lotions including Eucerin without help. The day she yelled "mamaaaaa" to me when I was putting Vaseline on her I immediately got her to a dermatologist. This dermatologist was awesome but she told me about the Aquafor and gave me tons of samples. I couldn't believe it, this was the only thing I hadn't tried because it is a bit pricey, but after putting this on her the very first time, her skin was baby soft. After a few days the roughness was totally gone. She still has some redness but she is baby soft. I am using Elacon cream from the dr. to get the redness down. I love this stuff!!!!!

This is the only product I've found that helps my severely dry lips. I use it every night and wake up with soft, moisturized lips.
