I have several bottles of this product at different locations, because it eliminates the itch from mosquito and other insect bites permanently. It may take a few minutes longer to work than lidocaine products, but the itch does not return.

This stuff is a real skin saver. It stops the itch from almost everything : bug bites. heat rash, skin rahes of all types . It acts quickly and lasts a long time. Plus you use so little the bottle lasts a long time.

We've used Benadryl gel for years, and always have it on hand for insect bites, poison ivy, skin rashes and itchy spots. The clear gel is non staining, not runny, dries quickly, the fragrance is nice, and it quickly stops the itching.

My husband came down with a rash that nothing would stop the itching until we found the Benadryl Gel. The cream wasn't nearly as effective and left a sticky feeling. We even tried expensive Rx creams from our doctor and none gave him the relief that the Benadryl Gel did. This summer I was gardening and was bit several times by spiders that left itchy bites. The Benadryl Gel took the itch away in less than a minute. Our doctor says he may use this whenever the rash bothers him, since it is a varying intensity type rash, and it would do no harm and would help.

This product is okay, however it doesn't relieve the itch but just a short time and not 100%. I have a non healing rash on my legs because of being a diabetic on 3 medicines and the itch is so unbearable I scratch until I draw blood from scratching so hard and so often. Here on drugStore.com I found the anti itch lotion SARNA, regular not the sensitive one. It works honest, and I have tried so many. I asked a Dermo Doctor he told me this is what they recommend to all of their patients. Benadryl Products are great but not for anti-itch. -Donald

This is the best anti-itching medication that I have ever used! It works better than an expensive prescription medication that I was using. I was miserable with itching! I had tried everything I could think of. I used this product, Benadryl Gel, and within five minutes, my itching was gone! I will keep this medication on hand at all times!

My experience with this product relates to itchy symptoms as a result of mild sunburn: I received less than favorable results. My skin is fair and every once in a while, I will get sunburned. Nothing serious, but I do know what to expect...a few days of sore redness, but worse yet is the itching during the healing process. For me, I have a low threshold for itching (pain, I can deal with). I applied this product to the burn area hoping for relief after a few minutes (not expecting miracles). However, immediately after applying the product, my itching grew more intense and even moreso as the product dried (on both occasions using this product, this is what I expected). True relief never came. However, taking an oral medication (antihistamine blocker) helped, but of course, made me incredibly sleepy. I will not buy this product again for itch relief from sunburn. For poison oak, rashes, etc, I cannot comment since this was not the application I used it for. I hope this helps.

I LOVE this product. I have had a problem with razor burn on my underarms and bikini area for almost 10 years. Recently, I asked my doctor about it, and she said to try shaving with Benadryl Gel.
