I love this stuff. I haven't had to deal with severe diaper rashes, but that could be because I have been using this since my daughter's birth 1.5 years ago! It has a pleasant smell, goes on well and comes off easily, unlike some other creams which are impossible to get off my fingers or the baby's bottom.

I had high expectations on this after reading most of the positive reviews here. So I stocked a bunch, but I was disappointed after using it on my baby's bottom. It is definitely not effective as Baby Bee's diaper cream (which I don't like the smell). Now, I have to go back to it for the cure.

We've tried various brands, but Boudreaux's is our favorite! We have the big tub of it at the changing station at home, but buy the tubes for diaper bags and travel. We love that it clears up minor irritations quickly - one or two applications seems to do the trick. We just gave a tube to some friends with a baby shower gift, too!

I was expecting this stuff to work wonders after reading all the positive reviews. It gave my baby a very sore bottom. I am guessing that she may have had an allergic reaction to it. I used it three times and never will again.

My son came off of the diaper changing table when this hit his skin. He cried like he'd sat in hot coals and we had to wash it off - very disappointed given that this is the most expensive cream I've every purchased and even dr sears likes it! Use is with caution
