Sorry, I just can't get past the scent of this product. The pills are huge, as well. I have difficulty swallowing large pills anyway. The scent(which is akin to manure...) makes it impossible. I didn't notice any real effect the one time I did force three pills down. I'll stick with other sleep aids on the market.
