Product is not supposed to be greasy but it feels a little oily to the touch. Have to soak cotton ball before applying and still does not work very well in removing all makeup. Neutrogena has great products but not this one.

Other removers burned my eyes and didn't remove the products I used, but this is great. It can remove my eyeliner and waterproof mascara no problem. I have sensitive skin, and eyes and have no problem using it. It is worth every single penny!

I have used many other products and have found that this one does not irritate my eyes or cause issues to my sensitive skin. I am over 45 yrs old and really love this product to remove the makeup that I wear. Mascara, eye liner and shadow. Tip: Use the round cotton discs and not cotton balls.

I bought this eye makeup remover as it was highly recommended by a friend. She wears waterproof mascara daily and she claims that this product removes her mascara quickly and completely. I was extremely disappointed in this product as it did not remove my Cover Girl Volume Exact waterproof mascara. I followed the directions to the letter yet, it still left behind mascara that would not budge from the lashes. I used it again and the next morning I still had mascara stuck (like glue) to my lashes. I finally had to resort to baby oil to remove the last traces. I wonder if anyone has had a problem removing the Cover Girl Volume Exact mascara with this or any other makeup remover.

I found this afew years ago and will not use anytihing else. It works so well on waterproof mascara. It takes off the mascara quickly and gently. Very good product! If you haven't tried it yet, you don't know what you are missing!!!!

Tried this and can't use it on my eyes as it leaves a greasy residue. Instead I use the Almay oil free pads at night and Maybelline's oil free remover to remove smudges in the morning after makeup application (I use eyeliner pencil then clean up with a cotton swab and remover). I was disappointed.
