I have chronic sinusitis and my sinus headaches are 100x worse than my regular headaches. Tylenol, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, etc. only lessened the pain but Sudafed Sinus is the only one that I have tried that relieves the pain completely for a several hours.

We travel a lot I frequently get a morning headache when adjusting to a new climate/location (one or two days). This really knocks out the headache. Also, if I accidentally choose a wine that is high in sulphides, I get a morning headache ; Sudafed PE takes care of that .
