Just use a little on damp hair and it holds curls and defrizzes beautifully. Smells good, too!

So I have wavy hair that holds volume and frizz. The old biolage product was the only one that would tame the frizz and bring out the curls. Ever since they stopped making it, I have been searching the stores for a similar product to no avail. The smell was not a big issue like others made it out to be. It seems like you have to use a lot to get minimal coverage. It barely brings out my curls. And does NOTHING for frizz. I've had consecutive bad hairs days with the product. And I'm trying to figure out a way to make it work....maybe I'll try diffusing which takes so much more time than my old regime of apply product, scrunch, and leave for work.

This product is weightless in the hair. It smells great and kept my curls under control.

After trying Marc Anthony gel for curly hair, I wrote this brand off. I hated the gel and gave it to my sister who has coarser, thicker hair and she really liked it. But I found this product a few weeks ago and I really like the results. It not to heavy but it controls frizz for sure. It's like a gel and styling lotion in one. It works great on the hair line.

I love this product it works wonders on my curly hair it doesn't leave it dry at all. I think the reason why is because I don't completely rinse my conditioner out of my hair or when I do completely rinse it out I put a leave in one instead. The reason for this is because my hair stylist said so because curly hair tends to be naturally drier then straight or wavy hair. The smell is subtle after it dries not strong at all. I only gave it 4 because I have to reapply a little the next day.

I, too, have mixed feelings about this product. I love the smell (think light lemon meringue pie), but I've found that my normally 'normal' hair becomes dry on days that I use it. Also, no matter how much I use, I do not have good frizz control on damp days. It's a mediocre product that has not stopped me from searching for something better; hopefully much better.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I wash my hair every two-three days so and I've been using it around 2 years. Although it's the least of the worst products I've used for curly hair, I've noticed my hair feels really dry after using it. It's possibly due to my hair coloring frequency (every 3 weeks), and plus my hair is greying, so the texture is not so great anymore. It does define my waves. I have below shoulder-length wavy, fine hair. At this point I really hate my hair feeling like staw, so I've switched to Pantene curling creme. It doesn't define that well, but the frizz control is good, and my hair doesn't feel so dry.

My comment on the scent is it smells clean and refreshing, a little like lemons, but not in a bad way. The most important thing is THIS LOTION WORKS GREAT ON NATURALLY CURLY HAIR THAT IS SEMI-FRIZZY! I used it while at the shore on a 92% humid day, and NO FRIZZ--only curls, amazing. I was SO impressed that I will also be buying the shampoo and conditioner to try.

I have naturally wavy hair. Whether I want to wear my hair wavy, decide to curl it, or wear it straight, this lotion works. It keeps my hair from frizzing and also makes it soft and healthy. My hair is super thick, but fine in texture. Most products weigh it down, but not this one.

When I finally "discovered" my hair in 9th grade, I came to terms with it being very curly and frizzy. By the time I went to college, my favorite hair gel was discontinued. So, I spent a long time trying to find the right gel. One day I was reading a magazine, and it had an ad for Marc Anthony Curl Defining Lotion. I bought it and I have never been so happy with a product since the disappearance of my first hair gel.
