I LIKE HOW ITS NOT HEAVY ON THE HAIR AND STILL PROTECTS AND CONDITIONS THE HAIR AS YOU BLOW DRY OR FLAT IRON YOUR HAIR. I RECOMMEND TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO DRY BEFORE APPLYING DIRECT HEAT TO THE HAIR.

This product is amazing! I never wear my hair down without flat ironing it and I spray this all over everytime I do. It protects my hair and leaves it soft, light and shiny, and it smells great. My hair never really holds my shampoo's smell but I can smell this product throughout the day. It's a really great product and I would recommend it to anybody.

I love this stuff. I now have a bottle at home, a bottle at my apartment at college, and a bottle at my cottage up north.. That's how important it is to me that I'm never without it. It smells really good and makes my hair so soft and shiny and keeps it healthy even though I blow dry and straighten it a lot. I would definitely recommend it!

This product is great!!! It smells good, protects my ends from heat, leaves my hair soft and smooth, its lightweight, and to top it off... its pretty cheap. I'm a college student so I'm always flat-ironing or curling my hair to go to class or go out. This makes my styling process so much safer for my hair. It's actually much healthier. I even let my mom try it and she liked it, too.

I actually ran out of the kind of straightening spray that I typically use because it is soooooooooooo difficult to find. So I decided to go with this one for the time being. The original spray I used was alcohol based, so it really didn't feel like anything was there at all (probably because of evaporation) but I never used a straightener without it, so I don't know what my hair is like WITHOUT a protecting spray. This one was quite nice. Not bad. But not phenomenal. But let me tell you, I'm a girl that washes her hair every OTHER day. So I can't be having any gunk in it on the first day. And this product, though it made my hair crazy soft, felt greasy and was a bit heavy. Probably because I was used to the first one I'd tried. It doesn't really make hair greasy "looking", but I can definitely feel it, and the 2nd day look is kind of a bit too grungy for my tastes. The smell is REALLY strong. If you can't handle strong fruity/sweet smells, I do not recommend you trying this, because if you're using a protecting spray, you'll be using it EVERYDAY about. It's really pungeant, and I eventually got used to it, but the smell (similar to a sweet fake apple scent) didn't really match my personality. Though, the grease and the weight is BEARABLE. And it was kind of funny when my guy friends started petting my hair and saying it was crazy soft... because I have Asian hair, where crazy soft hair doesn't really come with the package. I couldn't tell if it actually PROTECTED my hair after straightening it. You tell me. :] The easiest way to find out if you actually LIKE the product is to try it. Hey! If you don't like it, let a friend have it. Not like you splurged for it.

About all I can say for this product is that it's designed for easy use and it is not expensive. It doesn't have nearly the holding that my Biolage Smoothing Milk has and I hate the chemical fragrance of the entire TRESemme line. I will likely save the bottle and pour my Biolage in it.

I use this when I flat-iron my hair, and I love it. For those of you who have never tried it, it's about the consistency of water, smells like apples, and makes your hair SO SOFT. Won't make your hair hard, greasy, etc at all. My favorite part is that I can use it on dry hair. The type of spray nozzle on it is great too. And it's so cheap!

I'm 16 and I've been using this heat tamer spray for at least over 2 years. I flat iron my hair daily since it's a big, frizzy, poofy mess if I don't. So to prevent damage I always use this spray. It smells great, goes on lightly, and makes my hair silky and protects my hair more than not using a spray at all. I've tried other heat protecting spays but they just ended up making my hair feel like it was full of product. I love tresemme heat tamer spray- It's my one must have hair product.

An excellent inexpensive product. What I like most about this is product is it conditions my hair while protecting it from heat. Other inexpensive products leave my hair feeling hard but this product leaves my hair feeling soft, manageable and frizz-free.
