Instruction for Selecting the Right Size Brace: 

• Measure leg circumference 6" above mid knee cap with a measuring tape.
• Medium Knee Brace - Will fit 18" to 20.5" circumference.
• Large Knee Brace - Will fit 20.5" to 23" circumference.
• Extra Large Knee Brace - Will fit 23" to 25.5" circumference.

Instructions for Wearing the Brace:

• Open package and remove brace from sealed plastic bag.  Discard plastic bag.
• Open brace overflap.
• Pull brace over knee joint; Pro-Therapy™ logo should be at the bottom of the brace.
• Orient the brace so that the center hole of the web compartment fits over knee-cap.
• Close overflap and secure snugly but not tightly using the tabs.

Instructions for Use with Icy Hot® Pro-Therapy™ Therapeutic Disks:

• With brace in place over knee, over the overflap exposing the web.
• Place one Icy Hot® Pro-Therapy™ Therapeutic Disk directly on the web.
• Close overflap and secure snugly but not tightly using the tabs.

Care Instructions:  Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent.  Allow to air dry.  Do not put in dryer.
