I started using LIPO 6 2 months ago, but I was not dedicated to it. Just last week I decided to go gung-ho with the Body for Life plan by exercising daily and eating 6 small meals a day-etc. I have been taking LIPO 6 30 minutes before both my breakfast and my lunch. The morning I start off a little restless, but as the day goes on, I just have a lot of energy. Combined with the pill, exercise, and eating healthy- I have lost 6 lbs in a week and a half. I had doubts before, but now I see the difference with LIPO 6. I have tried others such as Hydroxycut, Metabolife, Hot Rocks, etc, but I have never felt this kind of clear-minded energy without feeling nauseous or with the weight loss results. If you take this the right way with exercise and proper meals, you should have great results!

So far I have taken LIPO 6 for 2 weeks and I have already lost 8 lbs! I think this is a great product. The first couple of days I felt really weird and kind of wired out, but after about a week your body gets used to it. I started with only taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon for the first week and still lost the weight. I would also recommend taking CLA with meals along with the Lipo 6, and just be consistent with your diet and exercise.

I just started working out about two weeks ago and haven't been taken my Lipo 6 as often as I am supposed to (I also took it intermittently throught the past year), but I have never had a problem with it. So far this is working. I was talking to a body builder at the gym one day and asked him about this. He said it was really good but to see real results you had to take 2 bottles, and take them regularly. Try that before giving up, and if you don't have the dedication, don't waste your money.

I just started Lipo 6 and I love it. I work out every day, and I have more stamina for my workouts. I did get the jitters the first day, but after the first day I just felt energized. As with any product, diet and exercise are important. There is no "magic" fat loss pill!

I am a diet pill addict, and I like this the best. However, you must cut out junk food, and eat a reduced calorie diet with excercise. If you find the product too strong, just take one in the morning and one before lunch. I have taken NV and ViVA Body with no results. On lipo 6, I lost 8lbs in 2 weeks. I also eat 5-6 small meals a day, which I believe has helped. I pig out one day a week, so I have something to look forwrd to.

I've only been taking Lipo 6 for 2 weeks and I've already lost 7lbs. I'm not an overweight guy, I'm just a college student home for the summer trying to lose a little bit of a beer gut. This product is only effective, however, if you are also taking a strong multi-vitamin (like GNC Ultra Mega Gold). You also have to exercise or burn calories somehow, but it does work and makes you eat less. Drink plenty of water too.

These pills were recommended to me by a GNC nutritionist. He advised that anything will work better with time released vitamins and i think that really does help. I don't have jitters, or have those odd effects most diet pills do. My appetite is decreased and I notice a major energy boost when working out. These pills are to help increase your energy for working out. If you want the additional energy and appetite decrease, then these will work for you.
