It's way better than Alli and Xenadrine. Xenadrine makes me jittery and angry. Alli gives you no energy and stinky gas, whether you eat fat or not. I have seen more result with LIPO than the 2 others. Take as directed 30 to 60 minutes workout 5 x's per week, you will lose weight.

I was TOTALLY disappointed! I began taking the product as prescribed along with beginning a kickboxing workout (5 days/week). I have also been tracking my food intake. This product did not produce any results. However, I am only about 20 pounds overweight, most of the testimonials on their website state the people are 150-200 pounds overweight. I do NOT believe it is worth the money! If you only have 'some' weight to lose, save your money!

I have been in the fitness world for a very long time now. I am a personal trainer and very fit. I eat a clean diet, very healthy, etc. etc. I also work out 6 days per week and my job keeps me moving. I added lipo 6 to my routine and all it did was make me jittery. I have no more energy - having the jitters is NOT the same as energy - and have not seen one OUNCE of difference in my body - weight, clothes, feel or look. This product is a crock!

I started using LIPO 6 2 months ago, but I was not dedicated to it. Just last week I decided to go gung-ho with the Body for Life plan by exercising daily and eating 6 small meals a day-etc. I have been taking LIPO 6 30 minutes before both my breakfast and my lunch. The morning I start off a little restless, but as the day goes on, I just have a lot of energy. Combined with the pill, exercise, and eating healthy- I have lost 6 lbs in a week and a half. I had doubts before, but now I see the difference with LIPO 6. I have tried others such as Hydroxycut, Metabolife, Hot Rocks, etc, but I have never felt this kind of clear-minded energy without feeling nauseous or with the weight loss results. If you take this the right way with exercise and proper meals, you should have great results!

So far I have taken LIPO 6 for 2 weeks and I have already lost 8 lbs! I think this is a great product. The first couple of days I felt really weird and kind of wired out, but after about a week your body gets used to it. I started with only taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon for the first week and still lost the weight. I would also recommend taking CLA with meals along with the Lipo 6, and just be consistent with your diet and exercise.

I just started working out about two weeks ago and haven't been taken my Lipo 6 as often as I am supposed to (I also took it intermittently throught the past year), but I have never had a problem with it. So far this is working. I was talking to a body builder at the gym one day and asked him about this. He said it was really good but to see real results you had to take 2 bottles, and take them regularly. Try that before giving up, and if you don't have the dedication, don't waste your money.

I just started Lipo 6 and I love it. I work out every day, and I have more stamina for my workouts. I did get the jitters the first day, but after the first day I just felt energized. As with any product, diet and exercise are important. There is no "magic" fat loss pill!
