Does not work!!! Waste of money. Won't even put a dent in my waterproof mascara or eyeliner--even olive oil straight from my kitchen works better. I'm going back to my Clinique eye makeup remover.

This eye makeup remover does not even remove eye liner! I use a Q-tip to remove the washed off eye liner after my shower, but I find myself scrubbing and scrubbing to get rid of it! Not effective at all. I have used other products such as Mary Kay and Shiseido that work much better, but are also quite more expensive. I heard Neutrogena was pretty good, so I am going to give it a try.

This really works well and does not leave that horrible greasy film some other removers do. It is the closest thing i've found to Clinique's eye makeup remover and it's cheaper! I have no problem using with a cotton ball like another review said. I do not wear water proof mascara so i don't know how it works for that.

I have very sensitive eyes (not sensitive skin) and have used this product for years. I LOVE IT. I have never written a product review before, but when I saw the unhappy reviews, I wanted to let others know what an amazing product I think this is . I wear hard contact lens and have dry eyes. I had tried many, many other eye makeup removers and was thrilled to find this one. I use it for all my face makeup. I find it gentle and effective and not greasy!!

AWFUL! It stung my eyes and it DID NOT work on water proof mascara.

I Am A LOreal Fan, But Not For This Product. Okay... DID NOT WORK FOR ME BUT, Perhaps It Will For You??? EEeeakksSSss!!! It Does Not Sting My Eyes But, It Sure Does Make My Eyes Swell' & Puff Up. I Looked Like A Monster. Oh No My Eyes!!! This Is No Joke!!! I Cried For Hours And Hours, It Was Horrific. I'm Not Allergic To Anything. I Have Never Ever Had Any Kind Of Reaction To Any Eye Make-Up Remover Before This One Came Along & I Thought Oh' Gee Maybe I Will Buy That, It Sure Does Look Neat. Buy At Your Own Risk... Good Luck! I love this eye makeup remover for days when I'm NOT wearing waterproof mascara or eyeliner. It doesn't irritate my eyes or leave an oily residue.

Like a few other users I tried this product with confidence being it is from L'Oreal, however it works alright. I would not suggest using a cotton ball that worked horribly. I opted for a cotton pad and/or paper towel (to my surprise). I wish they would have done a better job with this product.

I tried this product because it was from L'Oreal (thinking it would be a quality product). It takes off my eye shadow and that's about it. It also made my eye lids really dry and flaky. Don't use it!

This stuff DOES NOT work. It shouldn't matter if the mascara is water proof or not...this stuff just doesn't work. Baby oil works much better.
