I have tasted a lot of low carb breakfast bars in the last 6 months and this is the BEST! It has just the right amount of sweetness and I can taste the peanut butter in every bite. These South Beach peanut butter cereal bars are the perfect grab-n-go breakfast, and they taste just like a Payday candy bar. This is my favorite diet bar, and I always have one in my purse as an alternative snack. When my co-workers eat ice cream, I eat this delicious cereal bar.

I rely on these to curb cravings! This really does the job. It tastes great as far as I know, and it satiates me unlike a lot of the other protein bars where I still feel hungry. It's a good snack to grab right before the gym (or right after) or in the morning for breakfast along with fruits and some almonds.

I really enjoy this bar. To me it kind of taste like a peanut butter rice krispy treat. I think the taste is great, and there is no after taste at all. I use this bar for a mid-morning snack.
