• store at temperatures between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F)
• protect from freezing. Keep in a dry place.

adults and children 12 years of age and older:  take 2 soft gels once daily
children 2 to under 12 years of age: take 1 soft gel once daily
children under 2 years of age: ask a doctor

Ask a doctor before use if you have

•  abdominal pain
• nausea
• vomiting
• noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are presently taking mineral oil.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you need to use more than 1 week
• rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs after use of a laxative.  These may be signs of a serious condition.
