Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.  For added protection, reapply after swimming, excessive perspiration, towel drying or extended sun exposure.

Best sunblock for the money by Ivy Girl in Charlotte NC on 7/11/08 Pros: Effective Protection, Not Greasy, Sweatproof Best Uses: Beach, Daily Use, Sports Describe Yourself: Quality Oriented Bottom Line: recommended Does not block pores. I can't stand greasy, smelly sunblock, but this has no fragrance and goes on just like moisturizer! It is a bit thick, so can't be applied quickly. I love it so much, I use it on my hands and arms as well.

no match for my super oily skin by anonymous in ny ny on 6/22/08 Bottom Line: not recommended after an hour or so, my face starts looking greasy. not really good if you have super oily skin and since it's a bit difficult to apply on, it does leave some white residue-looking mark.

I have been using this ... by Robin in Redondo Beach, CA on 5/14/08 I have been using this daily for years and love it. It is so dry you can apply makeup over it and I have never had it cake or get chalky. I can't stand things that are greasy or have a fragrance, so I can wear this all the time. I have had basal cell skin cancer surgery on my nose, so I don't leave home without it.

This sun block is not ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 5/6/08 This sun block is not greasy at all like other sunblock, but it seems to dry out my skin. Its fine if I use it once in awhile for a day at the beach, but not for everyday use especially on my face. I used it for a week on my face and it irritated my skin. It made my face red and dry. I had patches of dry flakes all over my face and that combine with the redness due to irritation was not a pretty sight.

Like others have noted, I got a rash and a burning sensation the day after I used it and it takes the better part of 2 weeks to go away. This happened twice, so I know it was from this product. Otherwise I really liked it.

This is the best facial ... by Jenny Y in Bothell, WA on 11/30/07 This is the best facial sunscreen I've ever used! I have oily skin and this product is so light and sheer I forget that I have it on. The silica in this does such a great job keeping my face from getting greasy (even in the middle of summer) that I use this product sometimes as a mattifying product, even when I don't plan to be out in the sun. It is thicker and hard to spread over large area so I don't recommend this for your body.

It burns when first ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 10/7/07 It burns when first applied. It is non greasy BUT cakey, turns into a white mask as if you just died, and my skin is pale in general. If it runs in your eyes, you will have to wipe it off or your eyes will be teary the whole day. In terms of protection probably it's OK although the UVA rating is missing, 'broad spectrum' is not a rating.

My husband always griped ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 9/21/07 My husband always griped about having to wear sun block because of the greasy feel and having to wait so long for them to dry. Now there is no problem reminding him to put it on. It is so great to not have to sit and wait for it to absorb. I even keep a tube in my car to put it on my hands before driving because my hands were starting to show their age. This stuff is convenient, non-greasy and priced right. You can't go wrong with this unless you're putting on too much. Great product!

I am a nurse in a ... by Kate in Undisclosed on 9/11/07 I am a nurse in a dermatology office and we highly recommend this product. It also comes in 70. We all use it and love it. The doctor that I work for says this is the best product he has come across in over 30 years. Men love it because it is not greasy and women love it because it can be worn so nicely under make-up. It is wonderful for everyday use. Everyone should put this by their toothbrush and put it on every morning!

This sun block is the ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 8/14/07 This sun block is the kiss of death if you have dark skin. It leaves a horrible white stain on your face that does not come up. It also dries up on my eyebrows. Its awful.

It doesn't smell like ... by Brittany in Valencia, CA on 8/10/07 It doesn't smell like sunscreen, so it's great for everyday use. It isn't greasy at all and feels really great on your skin, and I haven't gotten burned or had any problems with dark spots ever since I started using it. It's expensive, but completely worth it..I just wish they would make bigger bottles.

The only real problem, ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 8/7/07 The only real problem, but it's a big one, with this product is that it STAINS white cotton clothes. Also ruined my expensive white SPF swim shirt. It's great if you don't allow any fabric to touch it, but good luck on that one.
