My hands seemed to be dried out late in the day (I use the product overnight) -- they never were before. I've have noticed no effect, at best.

I have allergies, so have to be careful about what I use. I bought this to lighten my "age spots" on my arms and prevent any more "driver's arm" in which my left arm gets far more tanned than my right. The spots are fading with regular use, the scent is mild and I have had no allergy problems (skin reaction or breathing from the scent).
