Wow! This stuff is great and I have NOT had any of the side effects that others mentioned. I've been taking them for four days now. I'm a 37 yr old female who was taking Hydroxycut AM/PM prior to taking this. Maybe that's why I have not had negative side effects? At any rate, I have been taking one at 6AM, one at 10ish, another at 2 or 3PM. I have taken them prior to eating. No problems. No jittery-ness. Granted, I'm only taking one at a time. I haven't had a hard time sleeping either, which is odd, because I usually do! My appetite has been decreased somewhat during the AM hours, but what I have REALLY appreciated is a VERY decreased PM hunger level!!I've been able to cut my calories by about 500 a day since taking this pill. And it hasn't even been difficult! So far, I am encouraged!

This stuff really works! I've lost 12 lbs in a month without a change in diet or exercise. I generally am skeptical about reading reviews and never write one... until now. You should definitely try this product!!

Awesome! All the people on here leaving bad review for this product, in my opinion, either didn't take it long enough, didn't follow the directions properly or simply their body didn't accept it very well for various reasons. I've been using this product for 4 solid months now EVERYDAY. It has helped me lose 29 LBS. SO FAR! I don't take any other kind of caffeine; coffee, soda, etc. during the day. One serving when I wake up and another 4 to 5 hours later before I eat mid-day. It helps curb my appetite as far as how much I will eat in a sitting. With diet, daily vitamins, lower calorie intake, and exercise this supplement can dramatically help in maximizing calorie and fat burning.

This product does work. It makes me feel less hungry and gives me that extra boost right before a workout. I was leery at first because of the caffeine, so I only take one pill at a time and it works for me. I take one in the morning and one before the gym around 4 pm.

Personally, I think I'm being kind of generous in giving it 4 stars, but admittedly it did help with my focus. Apart from that, I don't see what all the hype is about. It doesn't do anything for my appetite, but it actually may be somewhat effective in raising the metabolism as the company claims. Since using it I have started dropping weight a little bit quicker. Let me clarify that last point: I did not lose weight A LOT faster, but a little bit, albeit a noticeable little bit. I went from dropping about 5 pounds a months to about 5.5 - 6 pounds a month (I have a digital weight scale). I guess that is about as honest a review as I can provide, hope it helps.

Let me tell you, this stuff DOES WORK!!! Take it from someone who is a hardcore lifter and workout nut! I used to take the ECA stack. I loved the ECA stack but this product gets you pumped and ready to sweat.

I've taken this product twice (one month off between bottles) and I'm very pleased with the results. It curbs my appetite, and helps me workout harder and longer. I have to agree that you must have something in your tummy before you take the pills. When I do, I feel fine. I haven't lost a lot of pounds per se, but my body composition has changed. I'm more toned and my rear end is to die for. Having said this, not everyone can take every supplement, and if you're prone to certain side effects, or have a sensitive system, don't take them.

So far so good. I was extremely cautious when trying this because of reading some of the reviews, but the first few days really didn't make me feel much different. After working myself up to the dose, I do feel more energetic and it has helped me to keep up an exercise plan. I am sleeping fine and it has helped tremendously with my appetite which is the biggest help for me being a 40+ female who is just trying to keep myself in shape.

I have been taking Hydroxycut Hardcore for a year. After having my second child I seriously needed to lose weight. The results are incredible I have lost 60 pounds, while exercises 3-4 times a week. I was a little shaky for the first month, but once I worked out they went away. I suggest when you start out to drink alot of water and start increasing gradually and work out these pills are not for people who sit around and want magic to happen.

This product did not work for me. It gave me absolutely NO energy, in fact I was more tired on it then without it. I was sick to my stomach the whole week that I took it. I would not recommend this product.
