Package Details
Indications
| Temporarily relieves the following cold/flu symptoms: minor aches and pains, headache, sore throat, cough. Temporarily reduces fever. |
Directions
| Do not give more than directed (see overdose warning)
Shake well before using.
Use only enclosed measuring cup designed for use with this product. Do not use any other dosing device.
Find right dose on chart below. If possible, use weight to dose, otherwise, use age.
If needed repeat dose every 4 hours while symptoms last
Do not give more than 5 times in 24 hours.
- Weight - under 24 lbs Age - under 2 Dose: ask a doctor
- Weight - 24-47 Age - 2-5 Dose: 1 tsp or 5 mL
- Weight - 48-95 Age - 6-11 Dose: 2 tsp or 10 mL
Store between 20 -25° C (68 - 77° F). Do not sue if bottle wrap or foil inner seal imprinted "Safety Seal®" is broken or missing. See bottom panel for lot number and expiration date. |

Drug Interaction Precautions
| Do not use with any product containing acetaminophen. In a child who is taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. |
Warnings
| Sore throat: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
Ask a doctor before use if the child has a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma. A cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus). When using this product do not exceed recommended dose. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain or cough gets worse of lasts for more than 5 days, fever gets worse or lasts for more than 3 days, redness or swelling is present, new symptoms occur, cough comes back or occurs with rash or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause live damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away. Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children ever if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. |
