Indications
Aids in the prevention of dental decay.

Directions

Do not swallow.
Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.

Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush thoroughly after meals or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.
Children under 6 years: Instruct in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing).
Children under 2 years: Ask a dentist or physician.

Warnings

I just dumped my fancy, expensive natural toothpaste for this. Tastes great- it is a gentle taste, it's kept my teeth white months after using a tooth whitener. It's also helped my dry mouth issues. I'm so surprised that this inexpensive toothpaste really is great!

This stuff tastes fine, but doesn't clean your teeth any better than bubble gum! After a few minutes your breath won't be fresh. I know someone who used it all through childhood and didn't get cavities, so it might keep you from getting cavities. But, again, for breath freshening-forget it.
