Absolutely worthless. ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/21/08 Absolutely worthless. First one I received did not work at all. Returned for another. This worked for two weeks. I am able to send it back, but I am not bothering because I have spent so much on return postage it is ridiculous.

The tray turns black and ... by Lela in Heber Springs, AR on 3/15/08 The tray turns black and ugly. After a week or two the entire thing is dingy looking. Avon sells a better version of this that looks better, doesn't change finishes, and stays looking new for ten dollars less.

He likes gadgets so this was a perfect gift. No problems to speak of. Since it includes a free toothbrush, it's that much more convenient.

I thought initially that ... by CRAIG in Uniontown, PA on 7/2/07 I thought initially that this was a great item, but after about two weeks of use the drip tray underneath where the toothbrush head rests turned black and could not be cleaned. A few weeks later, less than two months after purchasing, the UV light stopped working. A change of battery had no effect. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM!!! This was a good idea that got screwed up badly in the execution.

I really like it because everytime I take it out of the VIOlight, I feel like I'm using a brand new toothbrush.
