For several years, I've used this brush in addition to my regular toothbrush to help keep my wisdom teeth clean. No local stores sell is anymore so I'm glad that drugstore.com sells it. My dentist is always amazed how clean I'm able to keep my wisdom teeth (especially since they are not fully erupted) so I brought in this brush at my last visit. I wouldn't be surprised if they recommend it to other patients.

My dentist told me to dip this brush in Listerine and go up close and under the gum line. This saved me from having work done again. I love to use this brush to clean under the edge of the gums, where my toothbrush and floss cant reach.
