i bought this humidifier because i thought it is good... however, it will wet your floor badly. and you have to set the humidity control everytime u turn on. i don't like it.

Awful! Hoping this would be a top of the line and therefore reliable humidifier only to return it after calls to costumer service (no live help) were never returned. Some of the problems: wildly inaccurate temperature and humidity readings, rather than maintaining set humidity unit shuts off presumably after sensing specific levels, but doesn't turn back on, however low the humidity in the room gets! Included guide only very basic descriptions of features, but no real directions on setting or programming. One star because it produced steam.
