My husband and I have used Unisom for years and really like the Sleep Gels. They seem to work better than any thing else we have tried.

I was waking every night at 3 am and would sometimes stay awake for 2 hours. Too much sleep lost! Unisom helps me sleep through the night, and if I wake, I go back to sleep easily.

It relaxes you, but doesn't necessarily make you fall to sleep. Sometimes I lay there tired and still have trouble actually "going under". But it is the best I've used so far

I love this product. It's perfect for a lot of things other than sleep. Buy a box of these for your medicine cabinet, and it'll do wonders for you: It'll help you sleep, it'll stop allergic reactions almost instantly, it'll ease motion sickness, and it'll calm your nerves. I keep a bottle in my purse, my briefcase, and my desk drawer at work at all times--it's a true wonder drug. Don't be taken in by any of the pain-relieving "PM" pills--Unisom is the best by a mile.
