Indications:

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 tablet (200 mg.) not more often than every 3 to 4 hours.

Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat (greater than 100°F) or humidity.

Warnings:

I've been using this for years. I work in a job that wakefulness is important to safety, and I have never been a heavy coffee drinker. I used it when taking classes and having to be alert for a longer time period once in a while. You should take this as directed, as too heavy an amount of any caffeine is bad for you, including too much coffee or cola drinks. This particular product is typically coated tablets, contained within a packaging that allows for a few tablets to be carried with you in your pocket, which is easier than bulk tablets that are sold elsewhere. It is a clean, high quality product that has no additional issues other than what you would have with excessive caffeine use. The effectiveness is always consistent, and apparently so is the dosage. Although it is a bit more expensive than other products, it is a good product that is worth consideration, if quality and convenience is what you want.

I love this product as well! Vivarin is very quick acting. I also like the various caffeine energy drinks out there. Caffeine is not the villian once thought out to be. Caffeine is an antioxidant and may be very beneficial. I'm hooked!

I have been taking this product for 18 years...every day. I am shamelessly addicted but drinking coffee is too time consuming. I even took one tablet a day during my pregnancy without ill effects. (I would have been in a coma otherwise) In today's world, I don't know how any of us would function "normally" without caffeine use. I don't like to live without it, just as the accounting guy down the hall CANNOT live with out it! Ha!
