Place the button of each Psi Band on the Nei-kuan acupressure point. Wrap the bands around your wrists to secure. Adjust the dial to choose the amount of pressure for personalized comfort. Cleaning: To clean, use a damp cloth with mild soap and wipe gently; air dry.

My husband and I both ... by Erika in New York, NY on 5/19/08 My husband and I both used these on our recent cruise - neither of us could get the bracelet to actually hit/stay on the pressure points.

These bands are AMAZING! ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 11/15/07 These bands are AMAZING! I get very sea sick normally but, with these bands I didn't feel nauseous at all! I was able to enjoy myself on a 7 day cruise without any side effects. I took them off for a few hours while getting a massage and definitely felt a bit queasy at dinner. I put the transdermscop patch on right away only to feel sleepy as well as having a very dry mouth/throat. I removed the patch and put the bands back on right away. I was then able to enjoy the rest of my trip! Try it... It really works!

I am very surprised that ... by Annie in Rockville, MD on 4/2/07 I am very surprised that this worked, but it does! I get very motion sick, especially on the subway and on buses. This past weekend, I put both psi bands on and hit the subway to see the cherry blossoms in DC. No nausea. I felt a tiny bit queasy but it quickly passed by walking around outside. My only complaint is that the straps are pretty small! I am a short, average weight asian woman who does not have big wrists, and I had to use the 3rd to last notch on the straps (could just barely tuck the loose end in). So I guess any plus-sized women or average-plus sized men should not buy this.

Just about anything -- ... by Brad H in Undisclosed on 10/31/06 Just about anything -- cars, boats, airplanes -- lead to motion sickness for me. So I feared the worst on a recent drive down the curvy, hilly, windy Pacific Coast Highway -- in the back seat! But I decided to wear a Psi Band on each wrist during the drive, and I felt absolutely fine for the entire two-plus hours. I actually got to enjoy the scenery! From now on, I won't leave home without them.

I've been on four cruises ... by Jack Hirsh in Undisclosed on 10/21/06 I've been on four cruises now -- on 3 of the 4 I suffered from motion sickness. The first cruise I took Dramamine, but it did not help curb the nausea. The second and third cruise I took Dramamine AND got a shot from the nurse on the ship, but still was nauseous. The fourth cruise I discovered a new product on the market, Psi Bands, and for the first time ever I did not suffer from motion sickness. What a relief. I was able to fully enjoy my 60th Anniversary with my husband, daughters, and grandchildren. I would highly recommend these acupressure wrist bands to others. Try it, and you too can enjoy it.

My husband and I had ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 10/17/06 My husband and I had never been on a cruise as I am particularly inclined to motion sickness and did not want to take medications, nor experience "being sick" during a vacation. However, recently my parents were celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary and wanted us to join them on a cruise. I placed the PsiBands on both wrists one hour before the cruise and wore them the entire time (they are waterproof). Not only did I receive compliments on the design, but, best of all, I had no symptoms of motion sickness whatsoever at any time during the cruise. I highly recommend them to help promote a "nauseous free" trip. And, they are adjustable and fashionable as well!
