I followed the directions to the letter and this product does NOT even work. So now I have to buy something else. Besides that it gets on your gums and hurts them. IT DOES not WHITTEN your teeth at all.

I agree with others that the battery was very difficult to get in, but once I finally succeeded it was smooth sailing. The results are decent & it didn't make my teeth over-sensitive like the Rembrant strips did. I didn't find the mouth piece too uncomfortable. I'd put it in, surf the web & be done before I knew it. I'm buying the refills so I can get a little whiter.

Saw almost NO results after using after 5 days ! I will go back to Crest Strips from now on, Keeping the tray in your mouth while trying to breathe is cumbersome and uncomfortable. Not for those who have a weak gag reflex.

I think the product would have been successful had the battery not stopped working after the second use and I'm in a remote location so i can't get a replacement battery.

I was impressed with iwhite. I had darker yellow teeth up by the gum line and yellow/gray below. Not attractive! Now my teeth are a uniform color and not that fake glaring white but a natural and healthy white. The foam strips have a pleasant taste and the tray fit my mouth fine - which surprised me because I have a small mouth. My only complaint is the battery compartment. It's difficult to open, difficult to get the battery in, and difficult to close it again. Very good product once you get the battery in!.

Incredibly easy to use and much faster than any other product out there. There is no mess to deal with or to clean up, just put the foam strip in the mouthpiece and off you go. Only take 5 days for a complete treatment and each treatment is 40 for your entire mouth. Just pop it in while youre watching TV, and even before your show is over youre done. Would recommend this to anyone. No sensitivity like everything else I have used. I got all my friends and family to use it and everyone loves it.

Only 20 minutes a day per arch during 5 consecutive days.

Step 1 - Place a foam strip in the mouth tray
Step 2 - Put the tray in your mouth
Step 3 - Push the button to activate the iWhite light technology and wear for 20 minutes.
Step 4 -Dispose of your foam strip and place a new one. Repeat the procedure for your lower teeth.
