I have used this product in the past and liked it a lot, but this time I bought ON SALE and it smelled bad, rancid actually and I could not use it. I am very disappointed and want to return it, but it is a lot of trouble to return it because I have to pay for the shipping charges. I am upset because I believe it was ON SALE because the product was old. I will still continue to buy this product but not from "drugstore".

I can't report on its effectivenss as a night cream because I could not use it long enough to test it. I did not like the "perfumey" fragrance at all. Reminded me of the type of perfume women wear too much of and you can smell it when they enter the room. Too strong a scent for bedtime use. I expected a more natural smell from an Aveeno product...something more like the scent of their facial scrub, or fragrance free would be even better.It was an expensive experiment at [$] for a tiny jar of night cream.

My favorite department store brand went out of business and I lost my job, so the days of spending a lot of money on night creams are long gone. I started using Aveeno products about a year ago and I am quite impressed. This night cream is a nice product and a good value. My tub lasts me about two to three months.

I use this nightly on my face and neck. It keeps my skin soft and supple. As we all know, creams won't take the years or wrinkles away. I live in the desert and have sensitive skin with occasional breakouts and this cream has not caused any acne at all.

I will buy this product again...

Absolutely love this product. I saw results the next morning; I was amazed and of course, pleased. It was just as advertised. I have sensitive skin but felt no tingling or redness as some others mention in their comments. Hardly any scent - which is a plus with me. Will continue to use and plan to try some of the other Aveeno products soon.

I love Aveeno products, but this just was not for me. It immediately burned my face upon application, to the point I had to wash it off. This product is definitely not good for someone with sensitive skin; there was no calming here just pure irritation.

I love it. I've been using it for a month now and I love waking up to soft, smooth skin. The first time I tried it, I felt a little tingly but woke up to great skin with no breakouts. I have normal skin, so I continued and now it just goes on cool and refreshing and I still wake up to great skin. If the results persist, I will continue buying it--better than trying to find a new one while this one still works.

Aveeno is a very good company (hand cream) but I am very disappointed with this night cream. I wake up in the morning and my face is very dry. Two other creams I use (I like trying different products) leave my face soft and moist. Will dispose of Aveeno and stick with LOreal and DHC.

At first, I was impressed ... that was after about three weeks. From there, it was downhill for my skin type - this night cream irritated my sensitive skin, producing more redness in areas that already existed. I do, however, recommend it for those with normal skin type because I can see where it would make a difference in your overall appearance, pore-wise and otherwise.
