I occasionally buy this stuff instead of the Deep Clean cream by the same brand that I usually use. I prefer the Deep Clean but I like the variety once in a while. I have combination skin and this does not dry it out. I don't think it's as effective for me as the Deep Clean when it comes to controlling my acne but it does minimize my breakouts. I also find that it leaves a soapy residue and you really have to wash it off thoroughly which I don't appreciate. Bottom line, it does what it says but it could be better.

My skin is semi-oily and very sensitive. I have tried a variety of products. Many irritated my skin, leaving it flaky. This product does work for my skin and I have been using it twice a day for a couple of years now.

I use this product everytime I take a shower, and it sucks. All it did was spread my blackheads and whiteheads, and cause more problems. Don't buy this product!

My friend, who has somewhat bad acne, began using this product a year ago, and it didn't help clear her skin one bit, it just dried it and made it flaky. I convinced her to stop using it, and her skin went back to normal. Don't bother buying. A useless product. Try Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control Scrub/Foaming wash instead.

I've been using this product for years. I use it every night to wash my make up off. It works great. However, they have recently changed the scent and it's horrible. I'm hoping they change it back asap!

Worked better than the high-end N.V. Perricone acne program I was using. It can be very drying. good used in tandem with Neutrogena acne lotion.

Since I turned 25 two years ago, I've had problems with my skin. After several painful experiments with various products, I finally found the perfect regime for my skin in the last few months, with the help of this wonderful product: I use Neutrogena Anti-Acne Moisterizer after using a make-up removing towelette in the morning. I love that this product doesn't clog my pores, and it goes on so light-weight. If you have sensitive, combination skin like me, using the Anti-Acne Moisterizer with the Neutrogena Anti-Acne face wash dries the skin out too much, so I use the face wash at night with Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisterizer to clean my pores before bed. So far, this routine has kept my face acne free and moisterized. I love them all. Definitely Recommend.

This product is terrible. It gave me dry and incredible flaky skin. I do have extremely oily skin and thought I wouldn't have a problem with the product but I did. It worked for the first three days however, right after that it caused little bumps across my forehead and mouth. Plus, I became really dry and flaky. Just awful.

Best for controlling oily skin. Cleanses well but not right for my skin. Even I have naturally dry skin and it didn't dry out my skin. If you used a product and it dryed out your skin then use this for recovery.
