I have soft teeth and I hate to floss. Though no mouthwash can replace flossing, when I do floss my gums don't bleed nearly as badly as they do normally. I love that this Listerine has fluoride to strengthen enamel. Like all Listerine, it doesn't taste the best and it burns but it's really worth it for the results. I definitely recommend it for daily use (I use it 2x daily).

Love it but hat the bottle bop.

I used the top for a cup and overtime the top and the bottle got stuck together and it was extremely strong plus after using it i seen lil white stuff in between my teeth like the white stuff that had the cup and bottle stuck together. i Use ACT total care its not as strong and uou only have to use it once a day and no caking around the bottle or in between your teeth. but to each its own.

This is a great mouthwash, it lasts for hours. It even seems to make my teeth whiter and brighter after using a whitening toothapste!! I will not use any other mouthwash!!!

Burns like a son of a gun! But it is so worth it. Best if used after flossing, lets you know what areas need special attention/harder cleaning if it burns in one area more than any where else. Doesn't leave the freshest of tastes in your mouth, but it does freshen your mouth in the mornings and helps get rid of the nasty post-sleep breath. Also great for a midday rinse if you don't have a chance to brush.

To open: Squeeze smooth areas on cap and turn.
To Close: Turn cap until it locks.

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.
Children under 12 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor.
Store at controlled room temperature 20° -25°C (68°- 77°F). Cold weather may temporarily cloud this product.
