1. Doesn't heat as quickly as stated.
2. Pins do NOT hold rollers in hair and as they fall out, it pulls out the hair.
3. More time consuming and difficult to use than is worth it.
4. Tried it, wanted to return it immediately, but policy states can't return if used.

Therefore, don't even bother, because you will just waste your money.

The rollers heat quickly, but the clips--especially for the larger rollers--do not hold the rollers in place well at all.

These rollers do get very hot but it takes a while. I think they are too hot and they burn my scalp. The curler/clip combo does not stay in my hair very securely. And there is no auto-shut off which I really dislike.

I don't know about you all, but I have struggled with my hair for YEARS trying to make it do what I wanted... I have owned ever type of product and equipment and nothing gave me what I REALLY wanted. I have LOTS of thick hair and I loved that these were larger rollers and not the small ones... I put them in - did my makeup so they sat for about 20 mins... and I was done - they heat up super fast and the result was AWESOME. Great body, perfect wavey curls, soft and natural and yet totally finished. Cut my getting-ready-time by a half hour at least! I LOVE these rollers and will never use my curling iron again.

Great easy to do look, instead of blow drying. I put my hair up in the rollers and then do my makeup while they set. If I am in a hurry I will blowdry hair on the cool shot setting to speed up the setting proccess.

What I loved about this product what that it combined 2 types of rollers that I use. I had ordered two set of rollers before that I wasn't crazy about. What I did was take a few rollers out from the first set & replaced it with a few rollers from the second set. After a year or so, I was needing a new set of rollers. Needless to say, when I came across these rollers I was really excited. What I didn't like about these rollers was that there was no "ON/OFF" switch. I had to plug/unplug the product in. NOT Good, especially on those days when I am running late for work. The other thing I didn't like were the slits in the rollers. My hair is thin, so strands tend to get pulled within these slots. Other than that, the rollers are great!

I have been using heated curlers from Conair for years. I got this set because of the combination of Jumbo and Super Jumbo curlers. The set I have already has a variety of sizes, but there are some small ones that I never use. I want body and fullness--not a lot of curls and that is exactly what this set gives to me. My hair just falls below my jaw, but these curlers can be used with longer hair also. I often set my hair with these curlers between washings, and they freshen up my hair. I think that there is a little learning curve when it comes to using these curlers, but after a few tries anyone can become a pro. I prefer the Super Clips that you can buy separately as opposed to the metal Smart Clips which come with this item. The clips that you see on the item box on drugstore.com are not the ones that come with these curlers. You get metal wire clips that I personally am not a fan of. Maybe with practice I could learn to use them.

THE ALL JUMBO SIZE OF THE ROLLERS AND THE U-SHAPED CLIPS ARE THE BEST FEATURES OF THESE ROLLERS. PLEASE KNOW THAT THEY WILL BURN YOUR FINGERS. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE USES THEM. I HAVE USED HOT ROLLERS ON AND OFF FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH ANY THIS HOT!!! I DO HAVE LONG HAIR (MID BACK LENGTH). MAYBE IT'S JUST BEST IF YOU HAVE SHORTER HAIR AND DON'T HAVE TO HOLD THE ROLLER TOO LONG.

These rollers are great for longer hair (my hair is well past my shoulders, my daughter's is half way down her back). I didn't enjoy the clips but for three dollars I bought better clips at a beauty supply store. These rollers heat up quite fast, don't leave any dents in my hair, and are so easy to use that my 9 year old can roll her hair without any help from me.
