This is great! Flax is totally nasty and this totally masks the taste and if you like the taste of cinnamon (not the hot kind) its wonderful. Chase it with OJ and its fine.

I thought with the cinnamon flavor I could incorporate it into my morning routine; like brush my teeth, have a tablespoon of flax, then gargle. Cinnamony & all, but seriously, YUCK. I just don't think there's any way to make flax oil taste good.
