After 2-3 yrs. of severe acne, numerous demeratologist creams, prescription, etc. we were told to consider Accutane. After reading the severe side effects, we decided against it. My son tried a sample bar of Oxy Bar Soap this past summer along with Oxy vanishing spot treatment and his acne has cleared up considerbly. We are estatic to find something that effectively cleared up his acne and is without taking antibiotics.

Worked like magic, it cleared up most of my bacne in a little over a week. Before this product I was using PanOxyl which didn't do much and ran out quickly. Soon after using the oxy bar I saw results. Great product!!

This soap works wonders for me and I had been using it for less than a week but the thing that impresses me the most is that when you finish washing your face with this the main ingredient salicylic acid still remains on your skin to help prevent acne all day long. I'm so glad I got this sample I will be planning to buy this bigger size if I still see good results.

I'd have to agree with the other comments---this stuff works. I'm 30, female, with olive to tan skin ("ethic" skin) that scars easily. I've had mild to moderate break-outs on my back ever since I was a teenager and, while the acne on my face is long gone, the acne on my back has remained. I bought this soap two months ago after reading the reviews here and have been very happy with the results. My acne has gone away entirely (seriously, not one significant break-out since I started using it!) and the marks on my back from old blemishes are starting to clear up. I use it every day in the shower with a loofah mesh sponge just like a regular body bar. It lathers up really nicely, and usually I wash my back first to let the lather sink in a little bit. It also smells fresh and leaves my skin feeling clean. It does dry out the rest of my skin a little bit (like on my arms and calves), but I sometimes switch to another soap to wash those areas or just use moisturizer afterward.(And I don't think this will be a problem at all once the dry winter season is over.) I also have a bar in my gym bag and occasionally wash my bras and sports bras with it in the sink (it can't hurt, right?). Overall, I'll continue to use this soap, and I hope to have satiny mark-free skin by this summer!

My 14 year old son has had great results with this bar which he got as a sample. He has moderate breakouts, not serious acne. We are having trouble finding the bar in the stores, though, so it's good to find it here.

I've been using this bar for some time since I received a sample from drugstore.com. It isn't available everywhere. It really keeps the oil production down, and prevents breakouts. It's gentle enough for me to use twice a day without drying my skin. I've been stuggling with acne my entire adult life, and this is one of the most effective and least expensive products I've found.
