This product does a fine job of alleviating keratosis pilaris (clogged hair follicles) on my upper arms. It works as well as any of the lotions prescribed by my dermatologist, and leaves the skin much smoother. The K.P. bumps got me started with a compulsive picking problem; this lotion softens the skin sufficiently that I no longer do that. An excellent product.

I started using this product years ago when my son's dermatologist recommended it when acne product dried out his face. For me I noticed small wrinkles going away. It is also the only product that smooths out dry scaley skin caused by cold weather or sun damage. I think I've tried most brands and this is the only one that works for me. There isn't any sunblock in it and if you go out in the sun, you do HAVE to put on sunblock or you will burn. It is hard to find it OTC anymore, so I'm so glad I found it here at drugstore.com[...]

This is an awesome lotion that is great for your face as well as the rest of your body. I originally bought it to treat a minor case of KP I've had all my life on the backs of my upper arms and my upper legs. I read a review that mentioned how great it also worked on the face so I tried it. Beware that if you have sensitive skin you should mix it with your regular facial moisturizer, otherwise it can cause a little stinging. The results are AMAZING. I lived in CO for 5 years and the dry weather really aged my skin significantly. After using this lotion for a few weeks I really do look years younger. Wrinkles are faded and my face is smooth and glowing. When you compare the price to all the specialty anti-aging lotions out there you just can't beat it!

I've only been using this product for 2 days, but so far I'm impressed. I've been applying it after my showers and before bedtime to my arms and legs. My skin from the neck down used to be perfect but then I went on Accutane and now it's not like that anymore. I get a rash that my dermatologist can't identify and then she perscirbes me the strongest steroid cream you can get in the United States. The cream works in 20 minutes and is incredible, but the rash is recurring and I didn't want to use a steroid with any frequency. So I tried this cream and so far it is making a noticeable difference, which is impressive considering I've only been using it for two days.

I've been looking for something to help with an extreme dryness, skin build-up, and itchiness I have behind my ears. (Ironic since my face is very oily.) I've tried everything I could find on drug store shelves and went trolling the user comments at Drugstore.com to find this. It's helped a lot. The itchiness that had me scratching behind my ears like an animal has almost completely gone away with once-a-day application of this cream. While my skin still feels somewhat dry there, it's not uncomfortable and it's not peeling off in layers like it did earlier. I'm now trying it on my dry elbows and it's helping there, too. With the tiny amount of cream I use, this huge bottle will last forever, so it's an incredible bargain.

I bought this to treat the keratosis pilaris on the backs of my arms but have basically just been using it as my after shower all over lotion. I started noticing that my hands and feet felt much smoother and plumper after use. This is the first lotion I've used that's actually done what it said it will AND lasts 24 hours. Also it doesn't seem to have any smell whatsoever which is nice that it doesn't interfere with my perfume or hair products.

My daughter's pediatrician recommended this for her dry skin when she was a baby 20 years ago...I have used it ever since! Its kind of difficult to find at local stores, so glad I can get it here.

Recommended by my podiatrist for calouses on my feet. It works great, but is expensive.

This lotion worked immediately. My whole family of women have thses bumps on their arms and legs. I have tried a lot of different lotions, but this works the best (even one perscribed by my doc). Unfortunatetly, the red bumps aren't gone but my arms are so smooth, that you don't know they are there any more. My mom ordered one right away. I would def. buy this product again.
