3 Easy Steps
- Step 1 - Open Pouch - Tear across to remove strip from pouch. (One pouch for upper teeth and one pouch for lower teeth)
- Step 2 - For Lower Teeth* - Position notch in top left. Align bottom edge of strip with gumline of lower teeth. Press evenly against teeth and fold excess strip behind them.
- Step 3 - For Upper Teeth* - Position notch in bottom right. Align top edge of strip with gumline of upper teeth. Press evenly against teeth and fold excess strip behind them.
*Strips are designed to work on either upper or lower teeth.
