this sucked! it took me a couple of mins to apply one strip! they rip easily are hard to apply (stick to your fingers and lips) and they dont quite dissolve all the way... i felt like i had something on my teeth!

It says to use twice daily but I noticed my teeth were whiter with once daily applications. The first week I used them twice every other day and then used them less and less. Teeth feel smoother, and considerably whiter. I drink coffee in the morning and needed something to help, this did the trick. If you smoke, drink soda and/or coffee you might need to whiten twice daily as recommended. I bought them on sale and there was a coupon when you buy two or more, can't beat it! I tell everyone my secret. :) Smile often!

Used one box so far and have to say the whitening has been about average. The product is reasonably easy to use because it dissolves, but you may not get used to the sticky mouth feel, especially when using at bedtime. I'm going to go through one more box to see if the whitening improves.

My dentist said these were the best on the market and they were a bit cheaper than some others. In all honestly I don't think they made much of a difference in whitening my teeth and they hurt my gums a bit. Next time I might just try professional whitening, but all teeth are different so it might be worth a try!

These strips were surprisingly different from the crest ones but once I got used to them I prefer them. They don't slip around when you start talking and the bottom strip is as long/wide as the top one. After they dissolve there is a residue between your teeth, so it's good to floss afterward or it looks like you forgot to brush, not the look I'm going for. If you use them right after brushing the peroxide seems to be even more activated and foamier.

I have tried so many different whitening products, and this is the only one that consistently works. I am really fond of tea and red wine, and over time, the staining effects of those foods build up. The Listerine strips are the only whitening strips that do not hurt my gums, burn my mouth, or leave uneven spots on my teeth. They work very well at whitening and they can be more easily shaped around the teeth, thus getting the little corners that other brands miss. These also have a pleasant minty flavor to them, which is a great bonus. And unlike most other whitening methods, you don't have to time these or go remove them. you can put them on and leave the house for the day and they will dissolve. Brilliant!

I love these strips, and I reccomend them to all my friends. I always get compliments on how white my teeth are thanks to the strips. They're fairly easy to use once you get used to them. The first couple times the strip kept getting stuck to my lower lip, but you learn your own techniques. I noticed people writing about bad tastes, but I think they taste just fine. Your normal minty taste (and I'm picky!) The only bad thing about these is they do not dissolve within the time stated. Instead I find myself running my tounge over my teeth to get them to dissolve faster. There always seems to be areas that don't dissolve, and I just have to rub it off with my tounge. Not that big of a deal, though. I just wish they were cheaper

Do not touch or run your tongue along strip
Avoid applying in steamy bathrooms
Wait to eat or drink until strips are dissolved

3 Easy Steps

Step 1 - Open Pouch - Tear across to remove strip from pouch. (One pouch for upper teeth and one pouch for lower teeth)
Step 2 - Lower Teeth* - Position notch in top left. Align bottom edge of strip with gumline of lower teeth. Press evenly against teeth and fold excess strip behind them.
Step 3 - Upper Teeth* - Position notch in bottom right. Align top edge of strip with gumline of upper teeth. Press evenly against teeth and fold excess strip behind them.

*Strips are designed to work on either upper or lower teeth.
