I have been using Oil of Olay complete for 4 days now and my face is burning and itching. I have red blotches all over my face. I have tried both the Oil of Olay products and the Loreal Collagen filler day/night moisturizer and they both make a skin itch and burn. I wish I could figure out why.

I'm so disappointed that Olay changed the formula for what used to be a wonderful product. It's very difficult to find a fragrance-free daily sunscreen that is kind to sensitive skin. This new formula stings badly. I had been using this product for many years and can no longer. The old formula was fragrance-free, light, non-greasy. Good luck trying to find a replacement! Drugstore.com--please update ingredients. Those of us allergic to chemical sunscreens need to know what we're buying. P&G--is our niche market no longer worth targeting with a specially formulated product?

I WAS an avid fan of Oil of Olay for nearly two decades - the former Oil of Olay sensitive skin formula (which was available before 2007-08??) was superb. But, now I have to stop using Olay because of the horrible effects this new Olay complete formula (with SPF active ingredients) has had on my face. It BURNS when you put it on and literally BURNS my SKIN. The "new formula" Olay Complete with UV shield/SPF, is definitely not for sensitive skin! Ironically, it has caused my skin to be in the worse condition it's EVER been in my life! Because the regular Oil of Olay sensitive skin formula was no longer available in stores, I assumed Olay Complete Sensitive Skin formula was its equivalent replacement, so I started using it around mid-2008. I suddenly started getting random cigarette-burn-looking brown patches on my forehead and cheeks about 1 1/2 years ago, which I now realize coincided with my use of this "new" formula Olay. Well, the burns/dry patches on my face would not heal, and suddenly I had the most unusual skin condition I had ever encountered. I went to my dermatologist who diagnosed it as eczema, because she couldn't even figure out what these patches were at first. But, it always seemed like chemical burns to me¿besides, I didn't have "eczema" anywhere else but on my face. But, trustingly, I assumed it could never be the long-trusted Olay product that I had been using for years & never had a bad reaction to. So I kept using it. Now, after over a year of factoring out a bunch of other things as the cause of my random skin burns/dry patches, I've found the Olay product to be the only viable culprit for my bad skin reaction. Now, after doing online research of Olay Complete's active ingredients (octisalate, avobenzone, homosalate, octocrylene) & reading other customer reviews, my suspicions have been confirmed. So, thank you to all other online reviewers for confirming the negative effects of Olay's "new formula," especially those who WERE long-term OLAY users, who have suddenly had negative experiences with the product. Sadly, the FORMER Oil of Olay formula that left my skin smooth & wrinkle free for decades, is no longer in production (I wonder why that is...??) I am extremely upset that this new formula has had such a horrible reaction on my skin and I will no longer be an Olay user/fan/customer...and will look for organic, chemical free products from now on!

I'm not impessed by this product. I've seen no noticable improvement in my skin's appearance. I'm sorry I wasted my hard earned money.

Olay should never have changed the formula! The new formula is NOT for sensitive skin. Burnt my cheeks and chin and broke out my forehead. I used the old formula for years and loved it. Bring the old formula back Olay!

They've replaced the zinc oxide with avobenzone and completely ruined it. The new version stings my skin, doesn't absorb well, stinks like sunscreen, and leaves my combo dehydrated skin super greasy all day. Total fail Olay.

I used this product for YEARS. I loved it. But the new formula has me running for a new moisturizer. Strong sunscreen smell, very greasy, and worst of all, breakout city. I hope Olay brings back the new formula!

This lotion is good. This bottle lasts me about 2 months using it twice a day so that is pretty good. It goes on nice and drys fast, it doesn't leave your skin greasy. It also has everything you could possibly need in a lotion, that is pretty much the reason i use it. If you have dry skin I would get something that is actually for dry skin, even tho this does moisturize good it wouldn't be enough for someone with dry skin.

I have tried many SPF lotions and this one is the best! It is light, absorbs well, and moisturizes great! It also has a pleasant, no fragrance smell. It just smells fresh. It leaves your skin with a subtle healthy glow. Also, the zinc oxide in it is the best kind of sunscreen. Love it!
