Pros: No strong aftertaste

Bottom Line: recommended

These don't create a fishy aftertaste when taken with food. A big plus. The pills are rather large, but I have no problem swallowing them. Might be more difficult for some people.

I started to use fish oil because I heard it could be helpful in reducing some of the effects of arthritis. The very best (and very unexpected) result of taking this supplement is that for the first time in many years, I've had regular bowel movements. Having days in between them was particularly difficult on trips. When traveling my system simply stopped; however, I just returned from a week long trip and, thanks to fish oil, my system was more regular than it's been in decades! This may not seem like a big deal, but as long as this supplement is on the market, I'll be taking it! No change in my arthritis - maybe one has to take this for a longer period of time to see some benefit. Good news: no unpleasant side effects.
