My hair and nails are slow to grow. This product helps them grow a little faster

Well I just started to use this product. I have very thin hair and you can see my baldness, I take three pills a day and I drink plenty of water. I am looking forward to great results I will continue to buy this product ; however I did not buy from this site but I will after these run out. The vit. are much cheaper on this site so I will buy from here next time. I read all the comments and some were very interesting to me it was just what I needed to hear. I have been dealing with my hair thinning for a long time so I am praying that this work for me. This is a true testimony so I hope everyone out there was telling the truth. I will tune in again when I get some results from using these vitamins to let everyone no how it work for me. God Bless

I take one tablet every morning and every night and have for years after I tried all I could think of to get my nails to grow and also received great benefit for my hair and skin. I will continue to use it.

My husband was starting to bald/thinning in the top of his head and my former beautician had re-relaxed my hair too soon and it fell out and was very thin. After buying wigs for myself and doing much research, I came across this product. After reading the reviews I said okay we will give it a try. My husband was more persistent with taking the pills and his hair became thicker and thicker, when he leans his head down, I no longer see a balding thinning area, its all full of hair!!! I said, let me make sure that I take them everyday too -- so I started and my hair is growing back. I'm a black lady and need to have touch ups and I now need them every 5 weeks instead of the 6-7 weeks. These pills really do work-- they have for both my husband & I. It's time to order more......

In my late 20's I started to notice more of my hair coming out than usual when I'd wash my hair. I tried these a year or so ago, but did not stick to the 3-a-day pill routine and didn't see much results. Well, my hair problem worsened this year so I decided to give this a try again and bought 3 bottles upfront to force myself to take them long enough to see results. I've now been taking these 3x a day faithfully for four months now and I've noticed a great change in the amount of hair that is NOT coming out anymore when I shower, etc. I think you just need to give these time to work. Also, they've made my nails very strong although I don't think my nails are growing any faster. I also have acne and don't think these have done much at all for my skin. As for the bloating and other side affects others mention, I take these with each meal and have never had any problems.

I used to have shoulder length hair and I started taking these vitamins after learning that I had a hypoactive thyroid condition that was causing me to lose my hair-- which is now up to my ears. My hair was MUCH thinner before and I have seen an extreme difference after the first bottle and I only took TWO a day. I can only imagine what it would be like to take 3. I have not experienced the stomach problems that others have. But I am sure to drink an entire glass of water when I take mine, Maybe that helps. :-) It has grown thicker and has added a just a bit of length as well. I can tell because as an African-American, I've had to relax my hair more frequently than usual. At the suggestion of my cousin, I tried another brand after I ran out of this one, and have not seen the same result. I'm back to stock up on these, as they are the real deal.

Have been using product for a short period therefore I have not seen any significant change in my hair loss or skin. Nails are stronger. Taking three pills per day is somewhat a nuisance, I would perfer I tablet per day. Will continue program for 3 months and hopefully I will see a significant change in hair loss!

I felt sick to my stomach shortly after taking even with meals as it directed. I ended up tossing the rest of the bottle out.

I have been using this product since October and I am African American. My hair edges have grown back nice and my thin hair is a little fuller and longer. I just ordered 2 bottles from Drugstore.com because I am running low. I will continue to use this until June, so I can have great hair for my vacation.

All my life I've had fine thin hair...well obviously it's still fine but now I have a full lush mane. My nails are fabulous too but, as stated, I'm taking it for my hair. What a difference, I can't say enough, it's the perfect balance and I've tried others. ( so many I'm embarassed to even say including lotions).
