Directions

I started to use these ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/29/08 I started to use these vitamins on April 1st, so Ive used it almost a month. Im black, and especially after I have relaxed my hair (2 days ago) I really saw the difference, my hair has really grown. So Im definitely going to continue using these vitamins. I recommend this to all the black women with hair problems.

Don't waste your money. I ... by MAY in Columbia, MD on 3/9/08 Don't waste your money. I didn't listen to the warning from people who tried this product. It gave me the most annoying stomach ache, bloating, after taste that lasted all day. That was my first tablet and the rest went in the garbage.

I thought these pills ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 12/9/07 I thought these pills would be a letdown but to my surprise they truly did help my hair grow. I still have an issue with thin hair but I'm told that's due to the amount of stress I was/and still am under. So I guess these are a winner. The only downside to me is that you have to take so many of them (3 a day). I think I'm going to try their biotin pill next since you only need one a day.

After about a month I could see hundreds of "baby hair" on my scalp. Now they are growing and my hair is much thicker. It worked for me!

Back in November, 2006, I ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 8/22/07 Back in November, 2006, I saw this product and decided to try it. Of course I bought the small bottle not knowing what to expect. At the time my hair had been falling off a lot, you could actually see my scalp in the light. We won't even mention how embarrassed I was when my beautician would wash my hair and mention how much my hair was thinning out every time she saw me. I wanted to cry every time I saw how much I was losing my hair and would soon be bald. Right after finishing the 1st bottle I noticed how many hairs were growing back all over my head. I then bought the 2nd bottle (which I just finished) and my hair looks so much fuller dry and wet. This may sound corny, but I prayed for a miracle and it was delivered. I tell everyone I know that is losing their hair about this product, and I also buy bottles and give them away to close friends and family. I want them to experience the same miracle I did too. I love this product!

I started taking them on Saturday night and by Tuesday my hair and skin were noticeably softer. It took me a day to realize that these must be why, but now I am back to order more so that I never run out!

It was some what stronger and fuller, but the big differnece was in my pores which seemed larger, especially around my face. It also made the hair on my legs thicker which I did not like. Overall it is a pretty good product

These vitamins work ... by Beatrice in Undisclosed on 7/14/07 These vitamins work pretty well. I saw a signficant improvement in the look and feel of my skin, hair and nails. The only drawback is that they are pretty difficult to swallow.

I have been using these ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 3/30/07 I have been using these vitamins for thirty days now, and I do see a difference. I haven't had any breakouts with my skin. My nails are growing very fast, and my eyebrows are growing. Also, I can't tell if it's working with my hair because I have braids. The only bad part about these vitamins is that they kind of upset your stomach when you take them. But other than that, I like them and would recommend them.

During the diet I had dyed my hair blonde, and not long after I started taking these pills, my black roots were shooting out. I will definitely continue using these.

I used these vitamins for ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/17/07 I used these vitamins for two weeks now and I noticed that a few days after I had plucked my eyebrows they were growing back out, so this stuff is working. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I'm pretty sure they are causing me to break out with zits so I'm going to have to stop using them.

My nails are super strong, and even if I cut them all off, they grow back out within a week or two. I can't say that I have paid any attention to my hair or skin, as I really just got these for the nail growth, but I could say that my hair is much shinier than it used to be. Overall, I think that they are worth the money.

I saw this product went ahead and got it, not only because it was for skin, hair, and nails, but because the price was just so good. I started taking them with no hope, but I continued anyway. Within 3-4 weeks I saw a big difference in my hair. It feels so much thicker and stronger, and its really shiny. Thanx Nature's Bounty. I will continue taking these vitamins. I only gave it 4 stars because I am also taking Olay vitmins which work great as well.:)

From first hand personal ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 7/16/04 From first hand personal experience of using this product I am excited to share my opinion of what Nature's Bounty has done for me. I thought that my miraculous hair and nail growth had stemmed from the fact that I had just given birth. Still, after 5 months my hair is very healthy, thick and strong...(no thinning or luster lost, and so are my nails. (I'm looking at them right now). No more are they embarrassingly short, brittle, and weak. :0) I gave it only 4 stars because in conjunction with these vitamins I was also taking a multivitamin and a daily dose of Vitamin C. In all, Nature's Bounty made a very pleased consumer out of me.
