This is the best product that I have found to help with my Diabetis. Stopped my highs and lows and my A-1C's are always in line. Use it twice a day and can not think of any drawbacks.

Originally suggested by my doctor when I had indications of pre-diabetic condition to balance my sugar levels, this also has helped curb my craving for sweets. I have low-blood sugar and often would boost my energy with some quick sugar like a candy bar. This product significantly reduced my need for that "fix". Though I did not feel a great deal of energy from it, at least the cravings were subdued. It has helped me to maintain or slowly lose some weight but that also has not been significant. Exercise and diet still are the best way to reduce weight over time.

It's inexpensive and easy to swallow. It's supposed to help with symptoms of atypical depression including carb cravings. I have been taking a few new things that have contributed to my feeling better and having more energy, and this is one of them. It's a subtle appetite suppressant I think. You notice about a week after you have been taking it that you are eating a little less.

I take two tablets a day. Usually one in the morning and one on or around 3:00 pm. It do give me energy boost, and has helped curb my appetite.

I was diagnosed with both Graves and Plummers disease in 1975. Had surgery, was put on drugs for thyroid function. Then all of a sudden my thyroid began to function normally yet I always felt lethargic. I began using Chromium Picolinate to stimulate the pituitary gland. Since 1980, I've used this and have always had normal results with my T3, T4 or TSH blood tests. I've only had one doctor tell me yes, it "could" be because of the Picolinate. Regardless, I take 1 a day and never go without it. It maintains my energy levels naturally and normal. GREAT alternative to prescription drugs for lethargy.

Especially for someone who's pre-diabetic, this product can reduce blood glucose.
