Once a day when pollen is particularly bad works all night and into the next day. A bit of drawsiness is welcome. Sleep through the night and wake up without my usual sinus headache and throat full of phlegm.

I have to have this product always in the house, and a few tables in my purse, also. My husband, my two children and me are for one reason or another in the need of an antiallergy drug. Be it a strong smelling perfume or cleaning product, a dust filled old room, cats, roaches, a common cold, sudden reactions to food colorants....well, I need to be prepared to face any of these health threats, that if left unattended, will lead to a considerable ashma attack. It works better than any other product for us. Only at the beginning of the common cold symptoms is when I use something else for my children, which is the Tylenol that is specially for colds (covers lots of symptoms!).
