Not meant to be used too regularly. If I go a stretch of 3 times in a short period of time, my body will pretty much ignore it by dose number three and demand more sleep and relaxation. But for a decaf drinker to get the occasional kickstart, it works like a champ.

Works great. I would buy it again.

I wanted something that would give a little boost after my long runs so I could finish my day with some energy but I didn't want to rely on so much caffeine as the regular 5 hour energy. This is the perfect solution. usually I take 1/2 the bottle at noon and the other 1/2 about 4pm. I never feel a crash and never feel over caffinated.
