Pros: Works well

Cons: Expensive

Bottom Line: recommended

This helps clear my sinuses much better than the average nasal wash. However, it is expensive, because you'll only get a handful of washes from one bottle, which is not refillable.

NO REFILL?

Cons: NO REFILLS, NOT good for the cost, ONE-TIME USE ONLY

Bottom Line: not recommended

This is essentially a one-time use product. IT HAS NO REFILLS with it! For the price, this is not worth it!....When I opened up the package, I kept looking through it for refill packs, thinking, "Surely they must be in here somewhere!"

Wash and Spray designed to be used together
Use often for relief
When first using the WASH, you may experience a tingling sensation which will improve in a short time with usage
Store at room temperature. Discoloration is normal when exposed over time and/or extreme temperatures

For best overall effectiveness, use Oasis Nasal Wash once in morning; then use Oasis Nasal Spray, 5 sprays in each nostril in afternoon, evening and before bedtime

Take the cap off and insert the nasal tip with the inserted dip tube
Pull up top, bend over sink, and place nasal tip in one nostril to form a seal
Gently squeeze bottle until solution washed through nasal cavity. Stop when solution comes out the opposite nostril
Remove from nostril then release squeeze on bottle
Repeat this process on other side
