Directions

Nails must be clean and free of nail enamel, oil and cream. 

Brush Hard As Nails onto nail surface, just like nail color.  Brush around nail edges and under the nail tips.  Apply 1-2 coats, letting each coat dry thoroughly before applying the next coat.

Hard As Nails can be worn alone or as a base coat under your favorite Sally Hansen protective nail enamel. 

To remove Hard As Nails, use Sally Hansen Nail Color Remover.

I love this stuff. It goes on really easy and smooth, and really does make my nails harder and stronger. As a top coat it makes nail polish last longer. My only annoyance is that the directions say to put this under your nail, so that they don't peel, which is pretty much impossible unless you've got half an inch of nail sticking out. Also, it does tend to peel off a bit after a steamy shower. (But I don't know of a polish or hardener than doesn't)
