You need to tissue off the excess oil!! Do NOT leave the oil on your lids or you will probably break out! Also, use this before washing your face. This eye makeup remover is fantastic, it removes all traces of eye makeup. Just learn to use it properly...

This product is GREAT! I have extremely sensitive skin and have never had an issue with it in all the years I've used it. I have found it works wonders for aging skin in helping to keep the area around my eyes soft and fairly line free. For those with more of an oily skin I would highly recommend the Almay eye pads that are not used for moisturizing as they don't have the oils that this product has. I absolutely LOVE this product (and it's counterpart) and would strongly suggest it's use to anyone who wears eye make up.

I was very disappointed that this product left a very greasy residue.

I was bothered by the oily residue in these pads. They are VERY oily, and my eyes never feel right after using them. I highly recommend the other Almay eye make up removing pads that are not labeled "moisturizing."

I have used Almay Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover Pads before and liked them. However, as I am 20 now my skin is in that weird stage between adolescent and dry, so I've been experimenting with new products. I guess maybe this is for someone with drier skin or older but it is definitely NOT hypo-allergenic as it states. I used it for merely 2 days, it was too oily but I could live with that.. what killed me is these horrible bumps and redness I got all over my eyelids, even up to the crease and eyebrow! I couldn't figure out what it was and by the time I realized, it took atleast a week for my eyelids to go back to normal. It was a VERY noticeable rash and I don't have extremely sensitive skin normally. I'd definitely go for the oil-free version. Maybe it would work better for someone with drier, less sensitive skin, but be wary.

This product will remove your eye make-up, however, it is really oily. I need to use a tissue to wipe eye area after using it. Try the non-oily product instead.

It works! Some eye-make up removers are so wet they left me feeling like I had a layer of oil around my eyes. Others weren't wet enough and didn't do the job without losing a few eyelashes along the way (which I can't afford to do). This is the perfect mascara remover. Just wet enough to remove all the mascara and leave the eye area feeling moisturized, not greasy or oily.

Definitely over-greasy. Gets in my eyes, too, so I end up splashing water on my face and wiping my eyes with a tissue to get rid of the residue. Nothing works better than Mary Kay oil-free eye makeup remover, but for the price, Almay does a decent job. I do find that I have to rub quite hard to get all the waterproof mascara off and I don't wear a ton.
