Bottom Line: not recommended

This mouthwash left my mouth feeling clean, however I could never rinse long enough because it always left my tongue with a stinging/burning feeling. This also failed the garlic test, it could not freshmen my breath after eating pesto sauce (that I had only made with 1 clove!) Stick with a gentler listerine formula such as vanilla mint, or go with another brand! I will NOT buy total care again!

Adults and children 12 years of age and older:

use twice daily after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
vigorously swish 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out
do not swallow the rinse
do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
