This shampoo does exactly what it's supposed to, it removes build up. I use it once ever week approximately. Yes, it does dry your hair, but gunk makes your hair heavy and greasy. Deep condition right after and you'll be fine.

Doesn't add much (if any). If you wash your hear with a standard average shampoo twice you will get the same level of cleanleness BUT would be much genteler to the end of your hear.

This really gets the deep down dirt & oil that accumulates. I love this product & use it 4 times a week.

This products works well with clarifying.This will get your clean no doubt.I don't like the fact,This drys my hair out.I also don't like the ingredients in the shampoo.I will be searching for a clarifying shampoo,with more gentle ingredients.I'd only recommend it if you have a lot of build up.

I bought this shampoo after reading all the reviews about it. The shampoo does clean well, but after the hair dries out it feels awful, it's dull, it's not shiny, and it is back to being oily the next day. It didn't work for me.

Considering how cheap this is, it's excellent for oily hair. I had trouble finding a shampoo that would both reduce oiliness (without drying) and also be gentle on my super sensitive skin. Many shampoos and expecially conditioners don't bother my scalp, but they make the skin on my face itch where my hair touches my cheeks. Not so with this!

I have severe scalp psoriasis and I can't use shampoos and conditioners with a lot of scents to them, so this product is perfect for me. It smells great, but it's not overpowering and doesn't cause my psoriasis to overeact and go haywire. I also have slightly oily hair, so this hair makes my hair clean, but soft and smooth, and managable. It's a wonderful shampoo, I've tried other shampoos in the past and they didn't work as well as this one, plus it's cheap so I can use it forever without spending too much money.

Best shampoo I've used yet! I have a bad case of the greasies, so I need a shampoo that will clean my hair well and remove all the dirt & oil. I wash my hair every other day, because it gets greasy really fast, and all the other shampoos I've used were unsatisfying - they made my hair even yuckier. So when I went to the drugstore, this was the ONLY shampoo I found that is made especially for oily hair, and decided to give it a try - I mean, it's incredibly cheap! It works for me better than any other shampoo! My hair is clean & fresh the first AND the second day. I can actually FEEL the shampoo removing all the oil from my hair while washing, leaving it incredibly fresh and soft. Will not stop buying it! Worth giving a try.

I have fine, thin, oily hair that requires liberal use of gel or mousse and hairspray to look presentable. Neutrogena's Anti-Residue Shampoo got it all out but is pricey and smells like bug spray. This stuff is less expensive, smells a lot better and works every bit as well. I'll definitely be buying it again.

This shampoo removes everything! I use a leave-in and a mousse to define my layers or a thick serum. I need a clarifying shampoo to remove the build-up and this does just that! The bottle is huge and lasts a long time because a little bit goes a LONG way! Just be sure to use any conditioner after, because this removes stuff, leaving your hair ready for moisture! I only gave it 4 stars because it looks nice and clean but the smell is so strong!
