I have tried various hand creams and lotions trying to control the eczema scaling on my hands and fingers. I have seen dramatic improvement with this product. I really like that it is not at all greasy. I don't know if it's the coloidal oatmeal or some other ingredient in the product.... but it sure helped me get rid of those unsightly hands.

This is gentle, easy to apply, and doesn't have any overbearing scent. It is very moisturizing but I bought it for my eczema and it doesn't do anything to help it. Applying it made my eczema worse but ti works great as a regular body lotion.

I have always had severely dry skin and after seeing a dermatologist last year for what turned out to be eczema and psoraisis, great combo, he recommended I use only Aveno products. They did help a lot, but the bouts of eczema, etc. continued. I decided to try this as I am so frustrated, and though it is not a cure, it is more effective for me than the regular Aveno moisturizers I have been using. Also, this line does't make me feel like my body is sealed in plastic wrap when I use it the way some other brands do. So far, it is helping me.

So I started getting some dry scaliness under my eyes. It continued to worsen over the winter months. I chalked it up to eczema, based on what I read online. While looking at the prescription treatments for under eye eczema, they listed some pretty devastating side effects. After reading reviews, and being happy with other Aveeno products, I thought would give Aveeno Eczema Therapy a try. Well, after washing my face, I applied the Aveeno under my eyes. By the next morning, it was 90% better! I was amazed. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and the scaliness is all but gone. I also had trouble with dry and rough heels...I thought why not try it there too. Lo and behold, it worked! It is the first time I have had soft heels in years. I hope Aveeno continues to make this product. I highly recommend it!

I've always had ultra-dry, sensitive skin. But in the last couple years, I've also started to get eczema on my shins. I've tried everything - all the name brand stuff that states it's just for eczema with no luck. I gave this stuff a shot, and it cleared up my eczema and dry skin within a week! Now I use it year-round and haven't had a single break-out--or even dry skin-- since. Well worth every single penny.

I usually get patches of Eczame on my arms. With in 3 applications the patches are gone. I recommend using daily on affected area (even when stressed) and I have found no new breakouts as long as I use this daily! Great Product. It's even gray as your regular daily moisturizer.

i use this 2x daily on my 4 month old who has severe excema. it totally clears the smaller spots, and keeps the worst of it at bay. i do still need to use the rx ointment occasionally, but not nearly as often. he does feel a bit greasy for a few minutes after i put it on, and he is hard to get dressed, but that i can live with. better a greasy baby than an itchy one. and MY hands look and feel awesome since i rub in any extra when i am done with the baby.
