Directions

Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream twice daily to any of the following areas: hands, belly, inner arms, neck, face, thighs, buttocks and breasts until absorbed, alternating application sites. Use for 21 days or as needed. Discontinue for 7 days and repeat. Store in a cool, dry place.

Love it Love it Love it! by de in raleigh, nc on 6/13/08 Pros: Acts Quickly, Produces Results Bottom Line: recommended I've used it for about 4 years. It has helped so much with flashes and low spirits, the whole transition through menopause. I use it one week off, 3 weeks on, about 1/8 tsp. morning and night, rub it into inner arms, thighs, palms, anywhere the skin is thin.

I have just joined the ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 2/11/08 I have just joined the world of perimenopause, and although I am not having hot flashes yet I have been having difficulty sleeping, headaches, and vaginal dryness. I had my hormones tested and was below range for progesterone. By the third night of using Femgest I am sleeping better than I have in years. I am not having any more headaches. It has not helped with my vaginal dryness as another reviewer mentioned, but that is more a low estrogen issue than a progesterone issue anyway.

Since I've been using this product, my menopausal symptoms have all but disappeared! I sleep better, I'm not moody, and hot flashes are rare, mild and last a few seconds only. And the cream has a delicate, barely perceptible scent (I'm allergic to perfume) and doesn't bother me at all. The cream is absorbed into the skin super fast and doesn't leave any residue. When I hit the change, ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 10/6/05 When I hit the change, the hot flashes and other usual symptoms of menopause were mild. My mom also had a very mild menopause; however, one bad thing I experienced was hair loss! With the drop in estrogen and progesterone my hair began to thin rapidly. I read that the lack of progesterone (not estrogen) is the cause. So I tried several different brands of progesterone cream and Femgest was the one that worked. Within 10 days my hair stopped falling out. I apply it according to the directions except that I'm off it for 4 days instead of the recommended 7 (everyone is different, so you may have to adjust the dose). This product is great.
