Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. For use on skin only.

My sister-in-law used this with her 3 month old at Sea World, and it worked perfectly. She and my brother-in-law used it on themselves and did not burn. I'm so impressed to find a mineral block, that I am buying it for my family. I've seen complaints about mineral blocks not absorbing well, but that's the point. Chemical sunblocks are absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream, which is precisely why I want a mineral sunblock that DOESN'T absorb through the skin, because I DON'T want chemicals in my childrens' bodies, or in mine. If it absorbs into the skin, that isn't a good thing.

We bought this product after seeing it was rated highly by EWC, so does not use harmful chemicals and is environmentally good. HOWEVER, it might be great for babies, but when my husband used it on his face, it stayed on. I mean, didn't come off when swimming, showering, etc. For more than one day, particularly in his beard area. You have to scrub it off. So, maybe it's best used as prescribed... for babies. Definitely not good for adults!
