Indications

Temporary symptomatic relief of simple nervous tension and sleeplessness.

Directions

As a relaxant: Swallow 1 to 2 tablets with water as needed three times daily, preferably before meals. For insomnia: 1 to 3 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before retiring. Children: 1/2 adult dose

Even when I'm dead tired ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/18/08 Even when I'm dead tired I have trouble falling off to sleep and staying asleep through the night. I've tried melatonin, valerian, etc. and they were great at getting me to fall asleep, but I would always wake up during the night and sometimes I felt a groggy in the morning. Hyland's Calms Forte is the only sleep aid that has worked not only to help me fall asleep but sleep soundly through the entire night! I wake in the morning feeling refreshed and no grogginess! The first couple of times I tried Calms Forte it did not work at all and I thought of throwing it away but, decided to give it another try. After taking it a few nights it seemed to finally kick in on the fourth try. I usually take 2 tablets but have taken 3 or 4 on nights when I was particularly stressed out. I highly recommend it.

If you buy Calms Forte ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 3/5/08 If you buy Calms Forte thinking it'll knock you out cold, you're misunderstanding the product. Ever have those nights where you can't fall asleep because you have so much to worry about, or you wake up in the middle of the night with your thoughts racing? Calms Forte helps your mind relax and shut down naturally so you can rest. That's what it's for. It doesn't drug you like a sleeping pill or Nyquil, so it doesn't leave you groggy and dragging in the morning. It doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a try if you have a lot of stress that keeps you up at night. It's done wonders for me; I think it's a brilliant product.

On the other hand if your body is dead tired and your brain just will not shut down because of worry, the days events, tomorrows to do list, etc then these pills will help. Or at least they do the trick for me. They are a sleep aid, not a knockout pill

This product is ... by Brian in Undisclosed on 2/24/08 This product is FANTASTIC!!! I have been using Valerian and Chamomile for years to get to sleep. I used Passion flower and loved it but it is hard to find. I bought this product two weeks ago and after using it for 5 days I went and bought 2 more bottles. This product has ALL THREE ingredients that I have been using ALL IN ONE!!! There have been NO side effects or grogginess when waking up. I would suggest it for everyone!!!

As an airline flight crew ... by Mrs in Sinking Spring, PA on 1/9/08 As an airline flight crew employee I began using calms forte on overnights while in Europe. They really have helped me fall asleep even when on a different time schedule. For those who find they make them too restless I suggest limiting the amount of caffeine you are consuming prior and perhaps cutting back on the dose. Caffeine is one of the ingredients and is used to "kick-start" the other ingredients effectiveness.

I find these very ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/2/08 I find these very effective. They don't zonk me out like a sleep aid does or leave me feeling groggy the next day. I find them most useful when I know my sleep won't be of very high quality and notice that I wake less during the night when taking one. They're also useful for relaxing and going to bed a little earlier than I normally would, like with a few hours of jet lag. I do have much more vivid dreams when I take them. Not bad or weird, but I remember a lot more detail and feel like I spend more time dreaming.

I was SO skeptical of ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/1/08 I was SO skeptical of this product. I had been battling a Xanax addiction and needed help sleeping while I weaned off it. I can't recommend this product enough. It works. Give it a try. I'm back today to buy more (no more Xanax for me thanks!)

I purchased Calms Forte ... by Faye in Baton Rouge, LA on 12/12/07 I purchased Calms Forte based on the many good reviews that I've read about. But I must say as of yet I have not experienced any good results. I gave Calms Forte to my 17 year-old son, and it just seemed to make him hyper. I tried taking it myself, and I felt no results. It just doesn't work for us.

An excellent product! ... by Graeme in New York, NY on 11/11/07 An excellent product! When I'm concerned that I'll have a sleepless night, I take a few tablets an hour or so before going to bed. They don't knock me out, but they gently relax me to the point that I naturally fall asleep. The sleep is restful, and I wake up refreshed. I don't need any other sleep aid.

I've taken it before bed when I've been over tired or stressed, or during the night when I've awakened and my mind starts going and I can't go back to sleep. Great stuff.
